Any ideas? Sorry for the long post.

My Power Wagon is a 2017, my passenger side headlight went out so I attempted to replace it today. Put new bulb in and NOTHING. All other lights worked including the driver's side low beam. I attempted to see if the bulb was the issue so I tried it on the driver's side and still nothing. As I put the original bulb back in the driver's side all of a sudden the driver's side low beam stopped working. High beams work fine on both sides

I currently have the GTR Lighting HID and had zero issues with them when I installed my original set. So I was replacing them with the new set. Same ones. Fuse appears to good. I disconnected the battery for 30mins and cleared the codes that showed for the headlights out. Low beams still won't work. Please help.

Thanks in advanced for any help

UPDATE: I was able to get the Low Beams working with halogen bulbs. I contacted Headlight Revolution just waiting for a reply regarding the issue with the HID kit

Seeing that you are in MA, you could have corrosion in the sockets that need a good cleaning, and an application of dielectric grease. Another possibility is maybe a bad HID ballast ? Check with a test light or multimeter for power to and from the ballast. There should be plenty of University of Utube videos on trouble shooting HID ballasts. Good luck and keep us posted on what you find.
