Did i quick search and couldnt find what i was looking for

Getting ready to swap wheels and id like to get some black lug nuts to match with the wheels. However ive only found 1 brand (venum wheel accessories on amazon) that sell plain jane black lug nuts. I dont want to need any special socket to pull em off, like the gorilla lugs.

Nor do i want spikes, or to just run rubber caps. I think they look funny.

Gorilla nuts don't require a special socket. I use a regular 22mm socket. Not even deep-well. I just use a short extension to get the breaker bar/ratchet/torque wrench out beyond the rubber.

I had black Gorilla nuts on my Challenger for 5 years, now on my Rebel. Love them!

I’ve been looking for a set also. McGard seem to have a lot of choices, but I know nothing about lug nuts, other than they hold on your wheels.

I have McGard and they have been replaced twice for rusting. Customer service is top notch, but if you live in the salt belt be prepared to wash and oil them to keep them from rusting.

Opted to go with the amazon ones. Lug themselves look stout, but the coating is not at all powder coat. They're already all chipped up just from shipping them. Disappointing, but whatever.

Send them back? Mine have held up fine with 3 or 4 removals! Shipping shouldnt leave chipping

My Gorilla chrome lug nuts started to rust and pit after one winter. Only Gorilla does not offer lifetime warranty on theirs anymore.

I waxed them and that seems to have slowed down the carnage.

I go McGard even after the issues I had. I simply email customer service, send some pics and a new set arrives. Swap em, ship the old ones back. Simple.
