We’ve known for sometime that this little G3 Hemi likes to spin in order to make even more power. While it’s remarkable what can be done with a properly configured hydraulic lifter / stock non adjustable rocker system, it would really unlock the full G3 Hemi capability if an affordable solid lifter system and adjustable rocker arms were available.
We’ve been working with some great partners to bring both to the G3 Hemi faithful.
First out of the gate, our new solid roller lifter system that we have been testing the concept of for over a year with great results. We will actually have an even more capable system also available soon but the system we are announcing today should safely and very cost effectively get these engjnes to 9,000. The second system, even more robust and beyond that.
This initial system is made up of 16 solid lifters and our billet aluminum lifter alignment system. The lifters are solid and also 20 some grams lighter than a hydraulic roller lifter. The body provides greater bearing area and contact near the roller.
The lifter alignment system will also be sold separately, as it should also work with a myriad of available hydraulic rollers such as the factory non MDS lifters and differs from a billet aluminum copy of the factory plastic lifter tray dimensionally and in it’s design in several significant ways to serve the purpose with our solid lifters.
The Lifter Alignment System will be available to ship in 2-3 weeks.
The first production run of the solid lifters will be available in 8-10 weeks.
We will complete more testing of the engineering samples over the next several weeks.
Both will be available for pre order on the website tomorrow.
