Is there a certain way how to install a new door actuator motor? I installed a new one on the Face/Defrost blend door shaft. It seem to work a few times after I started the truck and then the worm gear racket started again. FYI, when I grab the plastic gear that slips over the door shaft, it is very easy to swing it back and forth with no interference or feeling resistance to the motion of the door as it goes back and forth. Is it possible the motor has to be clocked a certain way to the plastic gear on the door shaft?
