I know there is an actuator that you have to take the dash off to access. The blend door making noise is behind the glove box (see photo). Does anyone know of the actuator for this blend door is accessible without removing the dash? If so, where is it?

Thanks in advance for any help!

#5 and it is the one making noise and you can see it looks like it is trying to open that blend door. I've tried to force it open but was afraid I was going to break something. I assume we are talking about the thing that looks like a filter?
When I start the truck it clicks several times, stops for about 10 seconds, clicks several more times, nothing for about 2 minutes (no fan, no noise) and then everything works as it should.

it wont be easy but you should be able to get something in there to un plug the actuator so it wont click according to the diagram posted its on the left side of it.
