it could just have to have flange made for 4" in, and then you can do 3" or 2.5" duals out

if you can fit the diameter, or have it welded in it will.

Is this just a straight up swap of the mufflers, or do i need anything else to run this system?

I think its really better suited to a diesel, as its 4" in and dual 3" out...stock is 3" in and like dual 2.5" out...but you could make it fit, just need some finess.

ok, dumb question here.... how does the sound compare to the magnaflows, meaning does this muffler compare more to the 14", 18" or 24" magnaflow as far as sound/loudness goes?

this one 'really' needs to be on a diesel due to sheer pipe size...I ordered it, they sent wrong one so i kept it. 4" input is huge compared to Ram 3".
