Body lift and level vs 6" suspension

Are you simply talking about height wise, component wise, look wise....there are many variables here.

if its height wise
2.5" level + 3" body lift is 5.5" of lift
its similar height wise to an RCX 6" lift (which is the tallest 6" lift) at 5.5" actually, the RCX lift is 5.375" if you want to get technical.

Cost wise, there is a difference too $400-$550 vs. $1400 +

What separates them is the suspension kit comes with all appropriate drop brackets, skid plate, longer coil spring in the rear

You got to ask yourself....How much do I want to spend? What will I use my truck for?
Then take it from there.....

I have no intent on wheeling the truck it's too nice to destroy.. So basically it would be for looks.. With the gap guards I've heard that its hard to really tell there's a level and body lift on it compared to suspension

if this is the case, then you answered your question
LOL

With gap guards the 3" is hidden. Especially if you tuck the tips properly.
Only way you can tell is via the hitch and even that, a non ram owner would not know you have a body lift.
