So I'm up in the air here on what to do... I have a 14 ram slt with a 4" Rough Country lift on Fuel pump wheels with a -24 offset wrapped in 35x12.5 20's. I was hoping to possibly run 36/37s when I get new tires (which will be soon). I'm positive I won't clear them with just a dinky 4" lift, and I want to level the front with rear so to fix that I figured bilsteins, never tried them before but have heard/read good things about them, so should i? Next question is, are body lifts worth it? I was looking at the PA 3" body lift but unsure of how it will look (anyone has pictures it would be much appreciated). The only thing that concerns me is on the FAQ section is says you can't tow once the body lift is installed(I tow a good bit), however could I still tow if I have a hitch/ receiver instead of the stupid ball in the bumper and how does the reciever look after the body lift is installed? Also will the bumper brackets support the weight of an aftermarket bumper?

I have the 3" and I tow with the hitch just as I did before the body lift. The RAM hides the body lift very well. Even the guys that cried about only doing a suspension lift say it looks very good. In the past with a BL the bumper would stay in place and now it raises with the body. I had factory rear wheel well liners and I installed PA front well liners. About the same fender to floor measurements as a 6" suspension lift.

Keep in mind that it could cause some comparability issues with future mods, ie; AMP power running boards as the body is moving away from the frame.

For me it made sense. Didn't alter my drive line, installed myself very easily and was $450 for parts and a hundred or so for a shop to bend my exhaust up 3"

Good to know! Thank you. I'm just trying to figure out if I want to do it or not before I get a custom bend full exhaust, that way I won't have to get it re-bent to compensate the body lift.
How hard was the install?

Very easy, they have full instructions. One tip though, when removing the steering knuckle to install the extension, remove the set screw fully, don't just loosen it. I'm in the process of getting some pics on for you.

The 3" body lift is totally worth it! No impact on your suspension, added height, cheap, the ability of the body lift being hidden on our trucks (no one will know), etc.

There's not a single downside to a body lift, no matter what the body lift haters have to say!
