I bought a newer toolbox for my home shop tonight.I bought a 2 year old Snap On Epiq and did everything right.I called the seller this afternoon and asked him if there is any money owed on it and he said no,paid off last year in Janaury.Luckily his Snap On dealer was there and checked this going by the serial number showing me it is paid off.In pretty good shape for being a 2 year old toolbox.It replaces 3 different Craftsman toolboxes.Giving my nephew one of them,top and bottom and already sold the other two also top and bottom.I did get my use out of them and bought them used.I did not have access to a trailer and the seller is going to deliver it to my place.
