break lights will not wok

I have a 2007 ram the brake lights, blinkers and hazards are not working on the rear. The third brake light does work and the front blinkers flash fast like a burned out bulb. Replaced the bulbs, checked the fuses and no luck also replaced the flashers and checked for worn or shorted wires. any Ideas

Check for power coming out of the tipcm. Throw it on a scanner to see if it’s corrupt. Check the grounds and the trailer plugs, 7 pin and 4 pin tucked under rear, they get the nasty green corrosion and can do funny things. Gl.
