Bug deflector install

Hey guys I bought an OEM bug deflector but the guy I bought it from didn't have the proper screws for it. I was wondering if I need to go to the dealer for the proper screw kit (ive read that there are rubber inserts) if not any ideas how I can get this on my '16!

I just use plastic push pins for mine. The holes are already there, push pins work perfect!
