Bumper swap, Sport to TRX/Outdoorsman style

Howdy-I want to trade out my plastic sport bumper to the Outdoorsman style steel painted bumper. Curious who has done this themselves and what parts are involved outside of the obvious. Attached is a great exploded parts view of the entire assembly. Not sure what hardware from sport bumper may be universal with steel bumper.
Thanks for any advice and or pictures from those that have done this.

I would LOVE to do this swap, I can't stand the sport bumper. Hope someone chimes in

I think it has been talked about before, and a lot of these details were covered. Can't find the thread though. I will say the only reason to do this though would be looks. The color matched steel bumpers are crap if you expect them to be tough. Just an FYI.

Yeah. Simply looks. I can't stand the way fender flares look on the sport bumpers.

Not sure if this thread is dead or not but I would like to swap to a sport bumper and grill. I have the steel chrome lower and painted upper...... I just don't like chrome. I would really like to know if I have to buy the mounting hardware or are they a direct fit ??

Also have an outdoorsman style with steel lower and plastic upper, if any one is in the SoCal area and would like to swap lmk.
