Hey guys I'm new on here and I could really use some help. I have a 99 ram 2500, 5.9 magnum with 250k miles. It cranks up and idle fine until it starts warming up. It idles rough, like it has a really big cam, the cold air intake starts sucking really hard and it seems like it's burning really rich. Sometimes going down the road, like flipping a switch it bucks and starts running different. It randomly loses or gains power. When I shift gears, rather than drop, the rpms rise and hold for a moment. I have replaced timing chain/gears, tps, iac, pcm, and cleaned the throttle body. I installed the rebuilt preprogrammed pcm and it ran fine for a couple days, then slowly started back to it's old ways. No check engine light, no trouble codes. Wiring and vacuum systems are like rocket science to me. Can somebody please tell me what I'm missing here? I can't afford to keep guessing
