I have a 2002 4.7l dodge ram, the engine went out, so I bought a wrecked 2003 5.7l Hemi thinking about doing an engine swap. But I want to know if a cab swap would be less of a headache than an upgraded engine swap. What do you guys think would be best?

It'll save you from fooling around with harness and PCM adaptation. Keep in mind you may have to swap some of the modules from the 03 cab into the 02 cab; I can tell you for a fact there are wiring harness differences between 02 and 03 so the cab will not completely be a plug and play operation. You may have to swap all the harnesses over as well as the modules and cluster. This will also make a difference if either truck has SKIM.
