02 2wd cab swap to 03 4wd frame

i have an 03 2500 4wd with the 5.9 cummins found a real nice rust free 02 1500 2wd cab
will this swap out work as far as clearances for trans and transfer case figure i will also have to swap some wiring harnesses really just need to know if this is gonna be a bolt on swap thanks in advance

Edited from original post, 2002 1500 and 2003 2500 are both gen 3 (fyi 2002 2500 is Gen 2). I am not sure how much difference there was between them, perhaps a auto recycling entity could assist more.

Same cab (as long as it is RC to RC or QC to QC) but significant wiring differences. If you'd rather have an 03 cab (QC) I have a whole truck available lol.

yeah the one im looking into is qc just like mine but had crank windows and a gas motor so wire harness change over is inevitable. How does the cab and bed look
on yours and what color and how much

Big Red over time (pic heavy)

Since most of my mods have been done over time (and I haven't photographed everything) and were posted here and there, I figured I'd do an all at once with some pictures. Bone stock when I got it Nov 2005 with 28,000 miles (except for the tires, the crap GY LS 275/55/20's had to GO. 305/50/20...
