cai question

just curious if a cai for the hemi will work on the 4.7??? a buddy of mine has one for sale off his hemi, just wanted to know if it would work on my truck. both trucks are a 2004.

My Airraid came off a 2004 Hemi, only difference was the intake tube to throttle body coupler. I just reused my stock one, cause the one for the Hemi is a little larger on the throttle body end of the coupler. And I had to cap the breather hose provision that is for them Hemi, cause ours goes to the air intake box, rather than to the intake tube.

If your stock coupler won't fit you can also pick up a coupler from a hardware store or automotive.

got my k&n cai put on the other day! love it, can definitely hear it when i get on it.

im off to a slow start but im getting there! next mod will be gears, then i hope ill be able to keep up with a hemi if not smoke one haha.
