2002 Ram 2500 truck tail lights all work fine but I have no power for running lights at the factory 7 pin plug. stop and turn signals are all good. Unplugged the 7 pin from the harness and all terminals are very clean inside. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I believe the trailer light circuits are separate from the body lights. You should find separate fuses for each lamp(s) listed on the TIPM inside cover. Your problem is either a fuse or a bad wire.

Go buy a 7 pin tester & a can of

CRC Electronic Cleaner, Quick Dry​

or

LPS LVC Contact Cleaner​
