I have a Daystar 2.5 level kit but it did not get all the rake out. Considering Bilstien 5100 Adjustables and/or 2.5 BL kit. Any suggestions?

Dat Cummins!
Definitely get the Bilstein 5100. That should fix your issue.

AJUSA.com has some good prices. Might want to check them out.

weird. I can't really see mine unless I try to measure it. the 2.5 level should have really gotten rid of it

Does anybody even make a 2.5 body lift? Either way that would not get rid of rake. You would have the same rake just higher

I just ordered all 4 for 350 $ shipped From there last night. Great prices. I can't wait for the level and upgraded ride.

as stated the body lift would help any, just same issue higher...the bilsteins might help out though...you could also just do the front's if money is tight since there is no adjustment in the rear.

if you don't tow, and use it to commute then I could see how the look would be nice, I hate the nose high look once it is loaded though

Going for a Baja look. I pull a light boat or trailer from time to time but neitive rake shou;d not effect towing since I am not planning on doing anything to the rear. Will likely try the Billstiens next. May still do a BL in the future.

Everyone has a different use for their trucks lol. I am building a prerunner style truck for on and offroad fun since I don't have a trailer to tow or heavy cargo. If I ever do though, my brother and dad both have diesel's I can borrow :p

I think it's more not wanting the nose slammed down, rather than not wanting any rake. I ended up with almost no rake with my Blistien install, thinking of adding spacers to add some back on the rear. At least 1 inch. That or air suspension in case I do tow it'll keep it level.
