Cargo divider , anyone have it ?

my truck does have the factory rails , my question is does the adjustable cargo tie downs still slide freely ? Can you have the cargo tie downs and divider ?

I have one. Yes you can still use the tie downs, but the position and sliding area are limited. The tie downs are positioned between mounting spacers for the divider tail. So maybe 18-24 inches adjustment for each tie down.
