Sounds like the good ole P0420/P0430 codes. Did you actually get the codes from "they"?

Could be numerous things from bad cats, leaks, sensors but bad cats is a good possibility.

If its the P0420/P0430 codes, it's gonna be the converters. Because those are the codes I got right after I took them off.

You can run non fouler's on the rear o2's or if you have a programmer that has custom tuning options then you can turn the rear o2 sensors off via custom tune.

There should be a few threads in regards to doing non foulers.

what are non foulers

Yes!! What are "non foulers"? I used to get those codes too but replaced both up and down stream o2's and havent had the issue again. But i think they trick the PCM into thinking the o2's are being used even when they in fact are not??
