Center Console Off Center?

I noticed that my center console is closer to the drivers seat then the pass. When i open the armrest it rubs on my seat but is and inch or two away for the pass. Is this normal?

go sit in the passenger seat and do the same thing...

my torso pushes out the side bolster of the seat.

Mind biased towards the driver side also but not by the margins you mentioned

Anyone find a good cover for the armrest? On the weekend when the dog is riding along up to the cabin she loves to lay here front paws and head on the armrest. Just trying to keep her from scratching the leather. Right now i just use a towel.

If I remember right, I found mine in Amazon. It's just a fleece with elastic in it. Cost I think 8 bucks or something like that. Nothing special about it
