Changes to 2026 HD?

I was at the dealer yesterday to order some 5500s. Going through the builds, there seemed to be a lot of small changes for 2026. I'm curious if there are any changes for the pickups? Specifically I'm looking at a nice diesel for personal use. If the Rebel got some improvements, that would be the direction I am looking (specifically the 11klb GVWR that Ram lists in the towing guide, that I can't identify which 2500 gets.)

The 2025 2500 diesels got a GVWR increase so they now have as much payload as the Hemi 2500s

Well not if the HEMI trucks get the same GVWR increase too.

The rear axle rating didn't change on the 2500, so I am kind of mixed on if it really affects the truck that much.

I can say from experience that if you upgrade the tires/wheels/springs the rear axle shrugs off its rating. The big issue with the diesel at 10klb was you run out of payload quick. it could handle it just not on the sticker.
