I'm not saying it did not happen to you,

Just that you are wrong to say the TPMS sends a speed signal to the ABS system.

That's 100% BS,
sounds like the similar crap a dealership tried to sell me when I swapped my old chrome clad 20's to the new 14' Sport Wheels.
I knew the new 14's had a different sensor than my 10' came with, but their price and the reprogramming sounded sketchy.

They tried to tell me I had to pay $142 ea for new TPMS sensors,
then Pay them an extra $40 to have them activated and programmed to my truck.

Thats over $600!!!

I got my OEM sensors on ebay for $69 set of 4
installed at a local tire shop with new tires.

The computer picked up the new signals on their own within a 10 minute drive.

I'm sure glad I followed fellow ram owners advice from the forums.

You are way off base. Tire pressure sensors are for tire pressure. Nothing else. Wheel size does not matter at all. The over all tire diameter is what matters for abs and traction control. Don't know what your dealer told you but I have worked at a ram dealer for 5 years.

It's cool. I had the tire size set with the tuner, and Speedo was dead on with the new setup too. Maybe my truck was just retarded. I don't know. That rear ABS sensor changed out and it still wigged with abs light and 1 or 2 more on. I don't know, but a fresh flash from the dealer solved it. Reinstalled tuner and everything is still good.

Have any of you ran different size wheels WITH sensors for at least 2 weeks? Again, maybe my truck was just retarded. I don't understand it unless it has something to do with the abs that we don't understand. I don't know.

Also just thought, maybe it was a bad flash, or something went corrupt with the tuner.... that would also explain some things. I did go back to stock before taking it back to the dealership.
