so I have one of these kits laying around from my previous truck that I removed before I sold it im gonna use the pipe and heat shield and couplers to make a intake that seals to the hood il have pictures tomorrow when the rain quites so I can finish project

just for a small theory of my design there will be a chamber bettewen stock 3 inch intake elbow and my stainless 4 inch tube bascialy like the charge box on the vortex chev engines or a few other vehicle

im also gonna use the theory put into place with the aem v2 intakes for import cars il try to get a sound clip wen im done

pitres comming soon need to order a better filter and do a lil more moding to the heat shield box. any sugestions on smaller tube that plugs into intake box i was thinking just putting a breather on it or putting and fitting on intake tube and pluging into it like that

so I got it to work with that filter its mounted for testing to decide if she getting a knn or something else I need something I can runs a pre filter on so its semi water resitent

as is with ****** filter on it it sounds 10 times more mean and has much more throttle response im gonne upgrade from 7 inch filter with 3 inch inlet to a 9.5 inch filter with a 4 inch inlets should free up a little bit more response and give and even more deep mean tone il try to get a sound clip and before and after I ad the exhaust

any sugestions on insuring I don't suck up water I have a feeling im gonna get a wave up the inside of the inner fender right up to the filter next time I go up the trail I may just put a filter cover when I trail ride
