I had this bottle of chemical guys citrus wash and gloss in my cleaning supplies cabinet and it appears that the bottle just came apart. It’s never below 45° in my shop In the winter and it was not dropped it was sitting there perfectly fine and then the bottom was detached from it sitting on the shelf and the product was all over everything. In concentrated form this is what this product will do to paint. I sent them an email to make them aware that this bottle failed in this way but got no response.

Interesting! I have a bottle in my garage. Looking to wash the truck this weekend. Hopefully mine isn’t all over the place too.

I’ve had that same problem with the car wash soap I use on my truck. Also, don’t leave anything in your foam cannon as it will blow out the tip.

I wasn't aware of that and just happen to have had the chemical guys soap in mine for at least 6 months (haven't been using it) and will have to check the tip. From what I can tell there is no damage to the bottle (foamer).

Yeah, it must get pressurized from the heat and then leak out of the tip... I just unscrew the top half way so it releases any pressure.
