chrome bumper issues

I have a 2017 ram 1500 sxt with the 5.7 hemi, I noticed a month ago when I was detailing the truck that the right and left side of the rear bumper is not finished they are really ruff and one side looks like its peeling took it back to the dealer they looked at mine and then went and checked the other trks in stock and found the same on them. so the SM told me he would contact his area rep for ram and look into it that was 3 weeks ago still no reply from area rep anybody else have this problem?

I have read about this issue in the past. Bumpers were replaced.

I'd follow up with your dealer and if no answer is received, escalate this to Ram Customer Care.
