Hey Folks
I suddenly have an issue with my 04 1500 4x4... A couple days ago, it started a horrible "clunking" as I am turning and pulling away from a stop... Nothing while going straight... When I say "horrible", it feels and sounds like something is going to bust... This came on very suddenly.... Nothing one day and horrible the next... I have been using my 4x4 quite a bit lately... for getting to my sugar shack, in mucky conditions. Strangely enough, this happens a couple weeks after I did a complete fluid change on my diffs and transfer case... and an amateur inspection of the U-Joints, CV Joints, wheel bearings, etc... (which I admit I really dont know how to inspect properly.... but nothing really obvious for problems)

The way this came on so suddenly, makes me think that I might have something not fully shifting properly with the 4wd?? The indicator light on the dash is acting normal.

Any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks
Wayne
