code p0300 after resanator delete

i got my resenator straight piped n now i have a code p0300 changed all 8 spark plugs as well as camshaft and crankshaft sensors. idk what else it could be. i have a 2007 ram 4.7 flex, truck idles rough and bounces on the rpm gauge lke it wants to die and it has died while driving it stalled out in the middle ofthe road.

Others may disagree but that seems like too large of a change to be blamed on the resonator. Are you sure that is all that was changed?
