What are the spring rates I should put on a Fox 3.0 internal bypass, 12" travel ?

Been looking on sites like Accutune for info but I still have difficulties to figure out how dual rate coilovers works.

I know company like Carli use 700lbs on their Kings, but when it comes to dual rate what would be the best combination ?

Thanks

A lot of it depends on what you have done or plan to do to your RAM that will effect the weight. More weight, like bumper, winch, etc.... will require more spring rate.

At that point no need for customer rates. go with the stock rates the coil overs normally come with as they are set up for a stock truck.

If I take the example with 700 lbs, it would be this rate for lower and upper ?

Most companies are not going to state what both sets of coils are in dual rate configurations. They will only state the "main coil" rate. The combination of spring rates is their secret sauce, to make it difficult for other companies to replicate.
