YEAH, U got an air leak in there for sure. U need to get it sealed up. I have seen PPL driving with water sloshing around on some vehicles, makes a pretty painting, lol. Your issue may not be that bad, but that condensation could cause issues, just saying. Those don't look to be stock projectors ... I would opened them up , clean up the inside and seal them up with some good butyl ... only way to fix that issue ...
Only thing is those are not stock headlights and the butyl around them is probably not on there right which is why there could be condensation .... they don't use much or use too much and it doesn't make a good tight seal ... all he has to do is open them up with a heat gun and make sure every inch of that contact area is nice and tight ... you can't completely seal a headlight unless you also seal up the vents on the back lol ...Completely sealing a head light is NOT a good idea. Like GT said, they all come with one or two vents of some sort. Make sure it/they are clear, and experiment with the vent position. The hot air needs to be able to escape, especially on the old high output Halogens that ran VERY hot.
The factory ones say Ram on the corners Wild .... and they have a Ram etched on the chrome shroud ...As stated above open up the vents, and you can also pop the back out and stick a couple of desicent bags inside them.I had to do the same thing to my factory projectors on my 14,also did the same desicent packages in the headlights on our 300C,as the 300C's are also famous for the same issues,i even had to smear a bit of grease on the 300's O-rings that don't seal worth a crap. Cheech those look identical to my factory projector headlights
His lights look identical to my lights.I think the angle of his pictures might be making it hard to see the RamYou can clearly see the Ram on the bottom corners and on the shrouds on oem projectors like below
Those he has are not factory, on the passenger's side on his it looks like the butyl right below the actual projector is running, possibly the cause for the moisture getting inside on that one

Where do you see the Ram and MOPAR on his lights ? .. Yours have it ...his dont ...His lights look identical to my lights.
I think the angle of his pictures plus the condensation might be making it hard to see the Ram on his lights. His lights have the same bar markings on the inside edge as my lights do,and i've never seen those bar markings on any of the aftermarket projectors i've looked at.Where do you see the Ram and MOPAR on his lights ? .. Yours have it ...his dont ...
Probably like you said the angle ... I do see on yours that they don't say MOPAR either ... so could be that they are actually factory ones too ... the condensation might be bocking the RAM on the corners, your is actually much smaller than the RAM on my headlights ... hmmmHis lights look identical to my lights.I think the angle of his pictures might be making it hard to see the Ram
Yeah...and both your trucks are 2014s.... maybe the design of that year's headlights ....I think the angle of his pictures plus the condensation might be making it hard to see the Ram on his lights. His lights have the same bar markings on the inside edge as my lights do,and i've never seen those bar markings on any of the aftermarket projectors i've looked at.
I remember reading somewhere about condensation issues with the 14's projectors and there was a change in 15,but where i read that i don't rememberYeah...and both your trucks are 2014s.... maybe the design of that year's headlights ....
The 2014 headlights had the vent plugs pushed down too far, I remember reading about it on another forum, so they had to replace the 3 orange plugs to shorter ones that actually allowed for a vent hole to stay open just enough for the moisture to dry ... and also the projectors themselves didn't create enough heat to allow for the moisture to evaporate ...I remember reading somewhere about condensation issues with the 14's projectors and there was a change in 15,but where i read that i don't remember
That sounds about right. The 2014 headlights had the vent plugs pushed down too far, I remember reading about it on another forum, so they had to replace the 3 orange plugs to shorter ones that actually allowed for a vent hole to stay open just enough for the moisture to dry ... and also the projectors themselves didn't create enough heat to allow for the moisture to evaporate ...
Lol ..I found the thread but it's not on our forums lol ... it's the one with the "Z"That sounds about right.
