I have a 2004 Ram and the condenser fan runs without the A/C on when the temperature is around 90 degrees. Here in Phoenix that is not hot and most of the time I don't need A/C until it gets above 100. Everything is in the off position including the defrost. I have replaced the relay in the fuse box, also the temperature sensor just behind the grill and the control unit inside the cab ( fan, temp, a/c switch) The question is what could activate the fan with all controls in the off position? Something between the controls and relay is causing 12V to the fan. I can remove the relay and the fan will stop when replaced it turns back on. This has been very frustrating. Any advise would be appreciated.
