I've been shopping console Safes lately, but most of the versions I see use a similar lock design.
I'm not a big fan of locks that use a hole, and pass the bolts axle through the door. A design that, after drilling or breaking the lock, allows the locks bolt to fall free from the door.
Such , as this one, and all the rest I see on the market.
Anyone know of a model that houses the entire locking mechanism inside?
Something like a gun safe. With the entire bolt mechanism inside, including the memory chip that stores the combination. With just a cheap replaceable keypad or combination dial on the outside?
