Convertor

Ok would someone in lighten me. Putting in the new circle d Convertor in the truck last night. Everything came apart beautifully. Put new Convertor and made sure it locked in. Stab the transmission and for some reason the 4 housing bolts across the top will not go back in. Can you reuse the bolts are do you need to replace them? I have also pulled the transmission back out and tries to start the bolt still will not go in but maybe 2 threads. This has got me curious.

You should be able to use the same stock bolts. When you put your trans back in you might need to wiggle it back in. Till the motor and trans are flush with each other.
