Coolant drain and fill on the 6.4....?

Oh man….that was 2022. I was still smoking weed then. No CLUE how much it took now. All i remember is using the OEM recommended amount as a reference and it was a bit over full. I had to drain maybe a quart. The reservoir was full to the top when cold.

Need to replace my thermostat, and want to fully evacuate, back flush then heater core, and fill the coolant system.
Can someone give specific details on the vacuum fill kit mentioned earlier? I’m trying to learn about all of this and would like a bump in the right direction.
