Do you like your Copper SST Pro's with your lift? Looking to get my truck lifted 4" with new Coopers and the install shop is telling me they have trouble with coopers "wobbling". I think he just wants to sell me more expensive Nitto's.

That is my thought as well, but this guy says he doesn't have good luck with them. He does lift jobs for 3 dealerships and lifts about 40 RAM's a year.

That's a total load of crap.

I've got a 4" Superlift & 35's in the Cooper STT Pro's & they balanced very well.

I have no issues whatsoever. I agree that they are likely shooting for the upsell.

STT Pros are the best driving mud tire on the market. I experienced no "wobbling" and had them over 100 mph a few times. The silica in the rubber compound and siping makes them very good in wet conditions as well.

I am running 37s on a 6" super lift with 2" body and the issue I have is upper ball joints you can't go with the cheap ones
This is the only tire I will buy from here on out as long as they keep making it
And stays at a reasonable price
I run 265/75r17 on my work truck and go Offroad all day then 60 -80miles highway home and they do great

What size tires and offset are you running?

Wheels are 20x9 (-12mm offset) & 35x12.5x20 tires.

You could also go with -24mm offset for a slightly more aggressive stance.

Several of my buddies have the STT pro's and like them. None have ever said there is a wobble issue with just a level kit or lift.

305/70/18 on a 2500 with stock wheels, 2 in level kit, and no issues at all with them. Great tire.

I think that the Coopers are an excellently constructed tire.

I had Cooper Zeon LTZ's on my previous truck & the tire shop was amazed at how easily a 305-40-22 tire balanced with hardly any weights.

I bought the STT Pros for my Rocky Ridge and couldn't be happier. They are 37-13.5-20. Took some weight to balance them, but they run totally straight and no wobble at all. Plus they were some of the cheaper tires in that size.Resized_20170826_152721_9486.jpeg
