I have a 2018 ram 2500 6.7L with 54K miles displaying these codes. Apparently either the turbo charger and or the actuator valve is defective. I have purchased both items but it was recommended that I replace both of them together because it’s such a big job. Is there anyway to test the turbo charger off the truck?
