Update...

I was hoping to have the first run of samples from the new molds this week, but because we changed the design...just slightly...to better match the design of the Ram mirror, we realized we needed to re-cut the mirror as well. The mirror supplier is doing that right now...

All that to say, I should have the samples next week and will post pictures when I get them.

Thank you to everyone who has shown interest in this product and I am very excited to get this product to you all!

Man these look sweet! I've got the tow mirrors and IMO they suck when not "popped up". No matter how they are adjusted, I can never find the "sweet spot" and I believe it's due to the size of the convex mirror. When they are "up" they are awesome but 99% of the time I am not towing...............the non-towing mirrors work far better for everyday driving, might have to trade my tow mirrors if these work that good.

Way to go Wade, I've got the Business card cell phone holder and it's by far the most useful mod I've done to the truck and I love it! Heck, my old man and my neighbor thought it was a facorty item.

Keep up the good work sir.

Thank you so much for the kind words! And also...thank you for the insight on the towing mirrors. The funny thing is...I have been in such envy of the towing mirrors and now hearing what you said, maybe I should be glad I have what I have.

I also talked to another guy that didn't like the fact that you have to see around such a big obtrusion with the towing mirrors. I never thought of that as well.

It is encouragement from people like you that make this venture all worth it! Thank you again!!

We are getting closer...I just received the first run of samples through the new molds and I am happy with how they've turned out.

Also, the packaging is finished and that is also ready to go into production.

Now I am working with my manufacturer to get on their schedule to go into full production. I am still shooting for April...most likely middle to late April in which I will have them ready to sell.

noupf,

You are very welcome. I am glad it worked out for you!

To answer your question on price. It is going to be between $24 - $26 for the pair. I am still waiting to see how the cost shakes out to manufacture them.

Hello everyone,

I have an update and although it is not the exact news I want to share, in the long run it is the best news.

There is going to be about a 15 day delay. After I got the latest samples, I was very happy with them...but yesterday I kept thinking that the design could be tweaked just a little more to give an even better fit. I am picky and I want everyone who buys them to have the best product possible. It is better to change things now than to have an inferior product.

My manufacturer is currently working on the prototype and once I sign off on it, they will make a whole new set of molds. It is expensive for me to have new molds made...but I couldn't sleep at night knowing this product could be made even better than it is now.

The good news is...I still believe an April delivery date is possible...but it will be the middle to late April.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I know that you all deserve the best product and it is my responsibility to make that happen!

That kinda of attitude is what will bring you complete success in the end... I'm def in for a set and can't wait to get the ugly Autozone one off my truck.
