tow mirror with blind spot detector

2022 big horn 2500. I had to replace the driver's side tow mirror, it did not come with blind spot detector. The replacement has this feature, can I turn it on with an obdII programer?

Short answer is no. If your truck didn't come with BSM/Cross path detection, you'll need a lot of new parts before you get to the programming stage.
