I have a fairly (air bags and leveling shocks) stock 2013 1500, 5.7L, 6 speed, 4wd with no performance mods. I tow a boat (4000 lbs boat and trailer) fairly regularly on the interstate with LOTS of ups and downs. I always have to manually downshift to 4 to get it to come back up to speed uphill. I usually set the cruise to 69 and let it roll while helping it downshift when it loses 6 to 8 mph headed uphill. I always use tow/haul mode. Is there any custom tune that would help it downshift a little quicker without manual intervention?

From what I have seen, most online tuners increase shift pressures on their default tunes but are hesitant to change downshift points due to the durability issues associated with the 6 speed. Might want to reach out to Greene and Hemifever directly and see what they say.
