So my truck has the factory LEDs in the bed but the bedliner covers them. Saw a truck that had holes cut out for the lights. Anyone do this? What is the best way to cut this if I decide to do it?

That might have been me.
I used a hole saw at the top and bottom. Then a Sawzall to join the 2 holes. I filed the edges when I had the holes finished. Nothing to it really

Mine had holes when I bought it but I have opened tie down holes and made a couple of others.
I used a step bit to open a hole, razor knife to score the oblong hole I wanted then long blade tin snips to cut plastic.
Trimmed to fit with side cutters and razor knife
