Dash Cam/Mirror connector.

I have a 2017 Laramie Limited. I am attempting to install a dash cam with an adapter to the mirror connector. During the process I find no voltage from the factory connector. It has 3 wires in a 10 pin connector, one black and two pink. I have tested with a volt meter and get no power in ACC or RUN. Also, the rain sensor doesn't work. Can anyone tell me which lead should be hot and where does the power come from?
