I got a dash cam that came with some replacement fuses with wires already attached to make wiring easy. None of the fuses it came with fit any of the fuse slots on my ram under the dash. Anyone have any idea where I can get ones that work with the ram or have another recommendation? Should I take it to the block under the hood instead? Not sure there is enough wire.

If it already has the fuse on the power line, find a tap point in the front fuse box.

my dash cam came with a cigarette lighter plug to mini-usb. I replaced the entire cable with an obd to mini-usb. Available on Amazon. Then just routed the cable and plugged it in under the dash.

You need Micro 2 size fuse taps to the ones below the dashboard.

For my truck, I used tap F66 for accessories and F41 for battery power for my dash cam.

Edit: Fuse size
