Have 2018 Ram 1500.
My Dash Cluster stays lite with truck off, key out and doors shut.
The fan for dash heat/AC stops working randomly.
Wipers stop working randomly also.
Airbag message shows up on certain days.

I unplug the negative battery line every night until I go to the dealership on Tuesday.
Please help if anyone else has had issues with this. Would like to not pay Screwlership a penny as it’s out of warranty.

sometimes you gotta just accept fate. you can get 10,000 suggestions, but, the dealer has the equipment to look for the problem. It might be a simple fix like a bad ground, or, it might be something costlier. Just tell the dealer NOT to fix the problem (if they find it) until they talk to you

By chance do you have a Diablo tuner on the truck?

Something, a module most likely, is preventing your truck from reaching/maintaining a sleep state.

We're trusting that nothing is connected to the OBD2 port and you have no other devices or apps connected, correct?

You could try using a scanner on the OBD2 port to see if there are any DTCs, you might get lucky. Many auto parts stores will scan for free.

You can likely identify the fault source but it's a slow and tedious process that goes something like this;

Lift the hood, lower the driver window unless you have a clear view of the EVIC, lock the truck with the FOB and walk away for 15 or 20 minutes.

Leave the FOB in the house, open the TIPM, and start popping out fuses, one at a time.
Then, re-install them after waiting a minute while checking the EVIC.

We've seen other users have success with this process but be warned, it can be very slow and tedious. :cool:
