Hello everyone, I just bought a 2013 Ram with a bench seat setup, I am a mechanic and there are 4 rams for parts at the shop, we have 2 Longhorn dash and frame but are a center console dash.

I have a bench seat setup and want to keep the bench seat setup, I know there is a slight difference in the lower dash trim, does anyone know what the difference is between the 2 or what parts need to be swapped on the lower half?

Parts trucks are not a problem from me on this, just figuring out what I need before hand to save time is what I would like to figure out

Thank you in advance

The dash itself from 13-18 should be totally compatible only thing you may run into is electronics like say if you wanted to swap stereo and cluster also...but the pad itself should swap..rebuilt a few of these trucks from having blown airbags..never had an issue as long as it was 13-18 year range ..althought the newer years referred to as "classics" those dashes should be compatible also..pretty much same with newer body style trucks dashes will swap over..in my opinion i would stay away from leather wrapped dashes even though they look nice i dont want any problems with delamanating/bubbling leather

You would just end up have to use you lower trim pieces on the dash you install....the drawer and lower kick panel piece might be another piece cant remember
Yeah, I am just not sure about the mounting on that yet, I am taking the whole dash as 1, electronics and all for the stereo, backup cam and rear bumper sensors

You should reach out to @Mpgrimm2. He can tell you what's needed and make sell you any conversion harnesses you may need to make the swap possible.

DO NOT SWAP COMPLETE DASH HARNESSES BETWEEN TRUCKS FOR AN 8.4/HVAC or AUDIO CONVERSION !!! (
The dash pad is fine)

>> The 2013's have some unique differences vs later 4th gens, especially the 13 1500's (I had one).
