I have a 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie and the other night I noticed VERY bright dash lights (not center screen as I like that in dark mode), for the speedometer and tach. I spun the two dials on the left-hand side of the dash under the steering wheel and nothing changed. Then a few miles later I tried to turn on my bright lights by pushing the blinker arm forward as usual. Nothing... no bright lights and no blue light on the console. I tried this several times and nothing.

I called my service tech today and it's the first he's heard of this issue and he said that the only recall out there currently is for a trailer issue (which I'm not concerned about since I don't tow).

I will wait to have this addressed the next time I take the truck in for something else, but wondered if anybody else has seen this issue and if so what was done to correct it.

You did not actually have the headlights switched on. If they aren't none of that stuff works. Headlight switch must be in Auto and dark enough outside to bring the full headlights and tail lights on or in the On position, which works no matter how bright it is out. Embarrassing I know, but easy to fix.

Go out right now and try it. Switch headlight switch to on, the rest will work fine.

only one of those slide wheels controls the dash lights. I wish one would just dim that damn radio and not the dash, but....

as Dean2 said, it has to be dark enough and no bright light in front of the truck.

if you want to flash the brights, just pull the lever towards you

the manual is your friend.

So, did you get it figured out?
