So since my truck only came with the one power cig outlet in the dash tray and nothing anywhere else... this is how I added one.
First I picked my spot, I had no other accessories here so this was my spot.

Just to the right of the pull out coin tray
Next, REMOVE the coin pull out tray, called 'storage drawer' in the book
The front just snaps off like you're removing most things in the interior

Then using a T15 tip remove 1 screw each from under the 2 side panels

Then the BASKET comes off the metal slides with4 screws same size from under

Now I can get inside to find the right spot and fish wires....

using 1 1/8" paddle bit, drill your hole, The Cig outlet I bought actually press fits in that hole with no need to use the nut behind, it was very secure once I pushed it in

Since I only bought the 2' length wire (idiot) I had to splice more wire on to reach the fuse box... 3' is only a dollar more...

Once at the fuse box, 20A micro FUSE TAP goes in 54B for ignition powered
And ground goes under the fuse box screw 10mm, upper left corner of box

And ALL WORKS GREAT

OFF WITH TRUCK OFF

The above was a test light only... not what I made the outlet for...
