Data plate decoder help

I've been daily driving my '89 W150 for a while and am starting to amass parts to resto-mod it. what I'm hitting a wall with is the factory data plate. If anyone knows of a source for decoding the plates, please advise. I'm generally curious as to what the truck was originally equipped with as it's become more of a "Franken-Truck" from a 1990 W150 donor.
