Hi

While changing the rear differential oil on my new 2006 Dodge Tam I found out that the LSD have been pulled out and the pinion gear is chipped.

I noticed an ad near me for a 2006 Sport being parted out.

Is it worth it to swap out the rear axles?

By default did the Sport support come with a LSD?

Thanks

The only problem with that age on the rear more than likely it will need to have all bearings done. And if it’s a lsd, the dif probably shot out the clips in it. I say rebuild what you have and you can put better gears in it if you want 4.56s unless it’s 4wd. You would have to change gears in front diff also.
