Hello all,

Been contemplating a throttle-body change on my 2011 RAM 5.7L with S&B CAI. Initially thought I'd do the 85mm and stay with the stock tuning.

It was suggested that I consider an 87mm TB and the subject tuner.

Anyone out there running that setup?

Suggestions?

Opinions?

TIA

I have heard that unless you have a 2013, or plan to add headers to an earlier Gen 4, the 85mm TB is sufficient.

I have the S&B CAI which is awesome, and the 85mm TB is on my wish list. I do not plan on anything more than a muffler change on the exhaust.

If you did go with the 87mm you probably would want the tuner to get maximum effect. :Insane:

I have the DCX with Hemi fever tune along with the Vararam CAI, Moe's 87MM TB, Mufflex 14 and BT Catch can, couldn't be happier with the results. I got the DCX because I didn't need the gauges and still plan on more mods ( TC and Long tubes ) later. The DCX was a very easy install with no issues at all. You will be happy with it.
