Digital readout is stuck on one screen

My readout is stuck on this page. I can not arrow up down or off this page also my horn doesn't work. this all started after I picked my truck up from a tire store after having a tire stem replaced. Crazy right???? I've checked fuses.. at least I think the right ones. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a long shot but disconnect battery for 20 minutes? Resets computer.

Tried unhooking the battery for well over 20 minutes and unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem. Any other guesses from anyone?

The fact that your horn doesn't work either makes me think it's the wiring in the wheel or column. I'd stick my head under the dash and make sure no connectors have come loose/been pulled loose.

Couldn’t find any wires loose or disconnected under the dash. Scratching my head!!

You'll probably have to pull the airbag to check the wiring on the topside of the clock spring. I think there is a tool you need to pop the clips
